Duties
In this challenging role, you will: provide in-flight, in-simulator and ground school instruction as a designated rotary-wing aviator; develop and execute training plans to effectively and efficiently qualify new members and maintain currency of existing members; assess program effectiveness and serves as a subject matter expert in advising and providing input to curriculum designers on the efficiency of training processes; plan and present comprehensive courses of instruction in both ground and flight training for members to achieve and maintain mission-ready status.
